In life, all people are important, regardless of the role they may play. Teamwork requires all to pull their weight if the team is to be successful. Take almost any sports team. All are significant, from the players and the coaches to the owners and office staff; from those who keep the stadium clean and ready for use to those who wash the uniforms; and from those who clean up after a game to the driver of the team bus. To be effective and efficient, the team needs all of those people, and needs them to work together. So there really is no insignificant work. Ultimately, we are all on the same side.
