Reflection: Listening is not just what you hear; rather, hearing is only a part of listening. Also, you cannot communicate effectively if you do not listen. If you are listening to something then you are paying attention. So, listening is the sum of what enters your ears, what you understand, and what you remember. And communicating is passing on what you have learned.
